My name is Melissa Haack and I own and operate a small batch artisanal canned food business in Stevens Point, WI. We utilize a shared use commercial kitchen space for production and sell online, at farmers markets, & wholesale. We currently specialize in flavored applesauces, cranberry sauces, pickled beets and other unique pickled goods. We source all of our produce directly from Wisconsin farmers with a focus on organic and chemical free produce.
