We manage 150 honey production hives at partnering chemical free farms in the St. Croix River Valley. We overwinter all of our bees in MN and WI, use organic mite treatments and raise winter- hardy, mite resistant queens. We teach hands-on beekeeping classes through our 12 week education program, Camp Beez Kneez. We harvest honey from our bees without the use of harsh chemicals, extract it using our pedal-powered design, the Beez Kneez Honey Cycle and keep it separated based on beeyard location. We never heat our honey hotter than the hive temperature to retain the flavor and quality of the nectar source. We sell a WI wildflower Country Wildflower, MN wildflower Camp Beez Kneez Wildflower and a seasonal raw buckwheat blend. WI LFPA
